The 学生账户 Office coordinates charges and billing for student accounts including:
- Tuition and Fee charges
- Room, Meals and Family Housing charges
- Student 健康 Center, Library Over Dues, Parking Tickets and other miscellaneous charges
- Administrating 付款计划s
- Distributing 金融援助 refunds
- Assisting students who have third party sponsors.
The 学生账户 office maintains cashier windows for supporting cash transactions concerning the University of Idaho. The services include:
- Receipting Cash, Checks and Credit/Debit Card Transactions
- Disbursing certain cash/check payments
The University of Idaho does 不 drop courses for nonpayment. Students are responsible for dropping courses prior to the f国税局t day of the term to avoid being billed and graded. 取消注册—use this link if 你 don't know 你r ID number or PIN; otherwise use MyUI.
Failure to receive a bill does 不 relieve students from payment responsibilities.
1098T's — the university's "Tuition Statement" for 2023 will be available in MyUI under the 学生账户 menu (1月1日结束. 31, 2024).
University of Idaho is giving 你 the option of receiving 你r 1098-T Tuition Statement electronically. See the link below for general information about 1098-T tax documents. If 你 gave 你r consent to receive the document electronically, 你 will receive an email when it is ready by the end of day on 1月. 31, 2024. If electronic consent is 不 一月收到. 6, 2024, the 1098-T will be mailed on 1月. 31, 2024 to the permanent address on file listed as of 1月. 6, 2024.
Depending on 你r income (or 你r family’s income, if 你 are a dependent), whether 你 were considered full or half-time enrolled, and the amount of 你r qualified educational expenses for the year, 你 可以 be eligible for a federal education tax credit. The dollar amounts reported on 你r Form 1098-T 可以 assist 你 in completing IRS Form 8863 – the form used for calculating the education tax credits that a taxpayer 可以 claim as part of 你r tax return.
